Previous teaching experience

I was a Teaching Fellow at Queen Mary University of London from 2011 to 2022.  I was module convenor for History on the Humanities and Social Sciences pathway of the International Foundation Year in the School of Languages, Linguistics and Film‘s Language Centre.  I taught the history of the UK and of Europe in the twentieth century.

During 2014 and 2015 I taught the history of the UK since the Second World War on the University of Connecticut study abroad programme in London.

Between 2009 and 2014 I was lecturer in twentieth century UK history on the International Foundation Programme in the International Academy of the University of Essex.

From 2008 to 2012 I taught in QMUL’s School of History.

During 2007 I taught in the Department of Drama at QMUL.

I was also a regular annual guest lecturer for Midwestern State University of Texas in London from 2006 to 2019.
